Madonna

Female
Domestic shorthair
Calico
~5 months old

Madonna is full of playful energy—chasing wand toys, batting springs, and showing off her lightning-fast reflexes. She can be a bit cautious at first, but gets braver by the day. Madonna would thrive in a furever home with a similar-aged companion to help her continue building confidence.

Marilyn

Female
Domestic shorthair
Grey
~6 months old

Marilyn is all about affection! It may take a few days for her to adjust to new surroundings, but with a little time and patience, you’ll see her true colours shine. Once comfortable, Marilyn leans into love with her whole heart (and body!)—she’ll stand on her tiptoes and arch her back into your hand, soaking up every pet with delight. She's always up for a good cuddle and doesn't mind being scooped up for a cozy hug. When she's ready to play, wand toys are her favourite, but she's also happy to entertain herself or team up with another kitty for some fun. Marilyn's a quiet girl, but her joyful energy and steady purring say everything you need to know. And if you have squeeze treats, you have a fan for life! Marilyn gains confidence from her friend, Sattva, and they're hoping for a furever home together.

Christopher

Male
Domestic shorthair
Black
~5 months old

Christopher is a bold little explorer with a heart full of mischief and love. With sleek fur and a purr like a tiny engine, he’s always the first to pounce into playtime and the last to leave a cozy cuddle pile. Confident and curious, Christopher brings joy and energy into every room he struts into. Whether he’s chasing toys or curling up in your lap, he’s always ready to steal your heart. We’d love to see Christopher adopted with his brother, Robin, or into a home with a similar-aged feline companion.

Robin

Male

Robin is confident and charismatic, with a playful spark and a soft spot for snuggles. He’s the purrfect mix of adventurous and affectionate—zooming after toys one moment and melting into your arms the next. With his velvety coat and sweet nature, Robin is a little shadow of joy who’ll happily follow you everywhere (especially if treats are involved!). We’d love to see Robin adopted with his brother, Christopher, or into a home with a similar-aged feline companion.

Sari

Female
Domestic shorthair
Brown tabby
~6 months old

Sari is well on her way to becoming the princess her name promises. She’s a gentle, affectionate sweetheart who just needs a little time to feel at home in her kingdom. Once she feels comfortable, her happy purrs can be heard across the room, and she’ll come to greet you, lifting her shoulders into your hand as you reach down to pet her. Playtime brings out her confident, athletic side—wiggle a wand toy in her direction and she’ll leap, twist, and pounce with precision. Sari would do well with another playful, similar-aged companion, but would also likely be content on her own as long as she gets plenty of affection and attention from her people.

The following cats are located in foster homes. Contact us to schedule a meeting with them.

Zoey

Female
Domestic shorthair
Black
~12 years old

Zoey may be shy at first, but once you've earned her trust, she becomes the most affectionate, loyal companion—your own sweet little shadow. She'll follow you from room to room, quietly keeping you company and happily accepting as much affection as you'll give. When she really wants attention, she’ll let out a joyful meow or stand up on her hind legs to politely ask for love. She doesn’t mind being picked up as long as she’s being showered with affection. At bedtime, Zoey wants to be as close as pawssible, curling up near your head and purring softly as you fall asleep. She enjoys cozy perches and tasty treats (especially Temptations!), but above all, she loves the comfort of a trusted human. Zoey will need a calm home and a gentle, understanding adopter who can give her the time she needs to feel safe. In return, she’ll give you her whole heart.

Blythe (adoption pending)

Male
Domestic shorthair
White-and-grey
~1.5 years old

Blythe is an incredibly curious boy who’s discovering the world at his own pace. While he's not quite ready for pets yet, he's making steady progress. He has even started sleeping on the bed with his foster at night—a big milestone for a shy cat. He loves to explore and will happily investigate every corner of the house. He's also extremely playful and absolutely loves cardboard scratchers. Blythe can be chatty when he wants to be, and will chirp with excitement when he knows wet food or treats are coming. He finds comfort in the company of other cats, often rubbing against them lovingly, and would thrive in a home with another friendly, confident cat. Blythe is looking for a calm, patient home where he can keep growing his confidence and learn that the world—and the people in it—aren’t so scary after all.

Helene

Female
Domestic shorthair
Grey tuxedo
~1.5 years old

Helene is smart, playful, and delightfully chatty. While she’s still shy, she gets a little braver every day. She has become quite the chatterbox, especially while being pet. She’s absolutely obsessed with cardboard scratchers and will turn just about anything into a toy. Socks? Absolutely! Hair ties? Heck yeah! At just over a year old, Helene has plenty of energy and can get bored easily, so she’ll thrive in a home that can offer lots of enrichment and interactive play. Though still cautious with people, she’s making steady progress and showing more of her personality as she gains confidence. Helene is looking for a patient home where she can continue to grow into her playful, chatty self.

Cybil

Female
Domestic shorthair
Tuxedo
~2 years old

Cybil is a soft-spoken sweetheart who's still getting used to her new surroundings. A bit shy at first, she prefers to take the world in from a safe distance—often perched by a window, quietly watching the leaves flutter and the birds flit by. We’re still getting to know Cybil, and she’s still getting to know us. What we do know is that she has a calm presence and a thoughtful gaze that hints at a deep, gentle heart. With time, patience, and a peaceful home, we believe she’ll blossom into a devoted companion.

She appreciates cozy cave beds, quiet corners, and high window perches where she can keep an eye on the world (and everyone in it). She's not the cuddly type—at least not yet—but she is full of personality and potential. Betty will thrive in a calm, cat-savvy home where she can settle in at her own pace.

Oliver (adoption pending)

Male
Domestic longhair
Orange tabby-on-white
~10 years old

Equal parts cuddle expert and curious explorer, Oliver is the kind of cat who will follow you into the kitchen to supervise your snack-making (strictly for quality control, of course). His hobbies include lounging majestically, melting into your lap like butter, and gently judging your life choices with the sweetest gaze. Oliver has the spirit of a playful kitten and the laidback vibes of a professional napper. If you’re looking for a companion who’s as affectionate as he is fluffy, Oliver just might be your purrfect match. To keep him feeling his best, Oliver will need to stay on a special urinary diet.

Dolce (adoption pending)

Female
Domestic shorthair
Brown tabby-on-white
~1.5 years old

Don’t let her RBF (resting bitter face) fool you—Dolce has a latte love to give! After a tough start in life, she’s learning that humans aren’t so bad—especially if they come bearing tube treats. Once she has settled in, Dolce becomes a sweet lap cat who enjoys gentle pets and quiet companionship. She’s curious and observant, often following you around (at a cautious distance), surveying her kingdom from a high perch, or watching the world go by from a window sill. With a little bit of patience, you'll be rewarded with her affection, loyalty, and maybe even a playful midnight toe attack. Dolce is still a bit shy with new people and may retreat to her safe spot if things feel too overwhelming, but she’s making wonderful progress and just needs someone willing to meet her where she is.

Coco Chanel

Female
Domestic longhair
White-and-black
~1.5 years old

Coco is a petite, fluffy sweetheart full of playfulness and quiet charm. She loves a good round of zoomies, comes when called, and likes to sleep on her person’s bed at night. Coco enjoys affection and companionship—on her own terms. She can get overstimulated if things are too loud or chaotic, so she’s hoping for a calm, quiet home with patient people who understand that love and trust may take some time. Whether she’s curled up in a cozy nook or slow-blinking at you from a sunny windowsill, Coco is a little reminder of how far a gentle heart can go when given safety and time.

Cordelia (bonded with Desdemona)

Female
Domestic shorthair
Caliby
~1 year old

Cordelia is a playful, affectionate girl who purrs easily and seeks out human interaction. While not quite a lap cat yet, she clearly wants to be—she just needs continued trust-building to fully open up. Cordelia has a nurturing side, too—she stepped in as a surrogate mom while Desi recovered from her spay surgery, helping raise the kittens with gentleness and care. Her bond with Desi is unbreakable; they sleep together, follow each other everywhere, and give each other confidence. Cordelia would do best adopted with Desi in a quiet, patient home ready to let them flourish together.

Desdemona (bonded with Cordelia)

Female
Domestic shorthair
Caliby
~1 year old

Desi has come a long way since entering care. Rescued unsocialized and pregnant—and very protective of her kittens—Desi was given the space she needed to focus on being a wonderful mom. In time, she began to show her softer side. Now, she seeks out gentle chin scratches, enjoys being pet, and can be picked up briefly. She still appreciates her space and will let you know when she has had enough, but her confidence continues to grow each day. Desi is deeply bonded to her sister, Cordelia, and the two do everything together. They would thrive in calm, patient home where they can support each other.

Oliver

Male
Domestic shorthair
Grey-and-white
~2.5 years old

Oliver is a playful, loving boy with a rough past. Always the first to greet new arrivals, and eager to play with and groom his feline friends, he truly thrives around other cats. While he prefers to approach new people on his own terms, once he feels safe, Oliver purrs easily and enjoys gentle affection. He’s also quite the talker, especially when mealtime rolls around! Sudden movements and loud noises can still startle him, so a quiet, adult-only home would be the best fit. Rescued from a garbage dump where he was trying to survive on scraps, Oliver has come a long way. From fearful to flourishing, he’s a heartwarming reminder of how far a little patience and kindness can go.

Stryker is a sweet, affectionate cat who loves belly rubs and winding around your legs for attention. He gets along wonderfully with other cats and enjoys having a feline friend nearby. While he may be shy at first with new people, once he feels safe, his loving personality shines through. Rescued from a garbage dump where he had no human contact and had to fend for himself, Stryker has made a remarkable transformation—going from defensive and scared to a total cuddlebug. He's living proof that "feral" isn't forever—beneath the tough exterior was a gentle heart just waiting to be discovered. This lovely boy would do best in a quiet, adult-only home where he can continue to feel secure and loved.

She lives for attention and melts into a puddle of purrs with every pet, cuddle, brush, or belly rub you offer. Lily may not say much, but her big, expressive eyes speak volumes—and they’re always saying, “More love, please.” Endlessly sweet, affectionate, and ready to claim your lap as her throne, Lily is the kind of cat who doesn’t just steal your heart—she keeps it.

The Adoption Process

Step 1: Meet the cats
Each cat's personality is unique and may differ from the bios provided. We offer a comfortable, home-like environment for folks to spend quality time with their potential new furriend(s). For the cats' best interest, it is mandatory to meet them prior to submitting an adoption application.

Step 2: Ask for an adoption application form
Once you have met the cats and fallen in love, ask an associate or volunteer for an application form. We work with multiple rescues, and each have their own forms. It's important to let us know which cat(s) you'd like to apply for so we can provide you with the correct paperwork. Adoption application forms may be filled out on-the-spot, or taken home and submitted later.

Step 3: Check your inbox
Adoption applications are passed along to the appropriate rescue for processing. If they plan to move forward with your application, they will reach out to you directly via email or text. Please ensure the email address and phone number on your application form are legible, and check your junk folder regularly. Adoption approval is based on the best match for the cat(s), and not first-come-first-served.

Step 4: Be prepared
Prepare photos and/or videos of your home (in place of a home visit), as well as a letter from your landlord or strata (if applicable) detailing your pet policy.

Step 5: Sign the contract
If your application has been approved, the rescue will send you an adoption contract to sign and return to them.

Step 6: Submit payment
Adoption fees are to be submitted directly to the appropriate rescue via e-transfer. Adoption fees paid in store will be subject to a processing fee.

Step 7: Schedule a pickup
Once all paperwork is complete and the adoption fee has been paid, the rescue will send an official adoption confirmation email. Then (and only then) we can schedule a date and time for you to pick up your new furriend(s)! Please keep in mind that pickups are limited to certain hours, and we will only schedule a certain number of pickups per day/time slot. Unscheduled cat pickups will not be accommodated. Adopted cats cannot be held for more than 7 days.

Adoption Fees

The adoption fees are as follows:

  • $350 for 1 cat over 6 months old or $600 for 2 cats over 6 months old
  • $450 for 1 kitten under 6 months old or $700 for 2 kittens under 6 months old

Each cat is/has:

  • Spayed/neutered
  • Microchipped or tattooed
  • SNAP tested for FIV and FeLV
  • Up to date on all vaccines (FVRCP, rabies)
  • Dewormed
  • Defleaed
  • Been treated for any known illnesses, infections, or injuries
  • Received a recent, comprehensive vet exam
  • A free 6-week trial of pet insurance (excluding CatSpan)

The entire adoption fee goes directly to the rescue to continue supporting this valuable initiative. We are partnered with various rescues in BC and Saskatchewan, and it is our goal to find responsible, loving homes for each and every adoptable cat.
