Black Cat Stitches Sailor Bowtie collar

This collar comes with a sailor bowtie so your cat can be dapper as heck. This includes a breakaway safety buckle and is not to be used with a leash. The bowtie has two strips of elastic sewn on the back so it can easily be removed from the collar. The included bell can also be removed.
