I have had such a great experience ordering online from Kitties & Cream . My cat has dementia and only plays with one toy ( the Petlinks stingray ) , and I had to take it away from her because she had ruined it . Kitties & Cream seems to be , like , the only place in Canada that still sells the Petlinks stingray. When I explained to them how much this toy meant to my cat , and that it was sold out literally everywhere including their website , they told me they could let me know when it was back in stock . Of course I ordered a few of them once I got an email from Kitties & Cream letting me know it was available ! Even though I ordered from Ontario , it took less than a week for the cat toys to get to my house . Thank you so much to the team at Kitties & Cream for your amazing customer service , your passion and care is obvious . You’ve made my cat very happy :)
