GroundWorks Natural™ Icemelter is a premium fertilizer-based product designed specifically to melt ice and snow effectively, while being completely eco-friendly, pet safe, and easy to use.

Directions for use
1. Remove excess snow.
2. Spread ice melter evenly over surface at a rate of 50-100 g per sq. meter (1/4 to 1/2 cup per sq. yd.)
3. Allow ice melter to break down ice bond.
4. Remove all remaining ice & slush.
Note - ice melter may be applied at the beginning of a storm to prevent hard ice accumulation. 

Caution
Ice melter should not be applied to unsealed concrete, brick, exposed aggregate, or precast steps. Do not use ice melter on concrete less than 12 months old. Applying ice melter to damaged, cracked, chipped, or inferior concrete may result in further damage due to the natural freeze/thaw cycle. Water resulting from the melted ice and snow may be absorbed by the concrete and, upon refreezing, expand, which may lead to further surface damage. Removing all slush and melted ice or water from the concrete will reduce this risk. Excessive amounts of ice melter may damage plant life if left to accumulate. 

Warning
Keep out of reach of children. Harmful if swallowed. Contains potassium chloride. If swallowed, give patient milk or water, induce vomiting, and call physician immediately.
